We’re dedicated to creating a space designed entirely for women. A place where you can grow stronger, healthier, and more confident without pressure, judgement, or the expectation to fit into someone else’s idea of what fitness should look like.​

Too often, fitness spaces claim to “welcome” women but are rarely designed with them in mind, leading to those same feelings of intimidation. Uplifted was created to change that. We’ve created an environment where women feel part of something special, not just another face in the room. Each visit is an hour in their day that's for them and them alone; a place they can put themselves first and show up as they are, knowing it is enough.

Located on the boundary of Leyland and Preston, Uplifted is a premium strength training facility offering first-class personal training for women who want more than quick fixes or extremes.

Built on a person-centred approach, adaptive programming, and a supportive community, our method helps you move away from diet culture and fitness industry noise, so you can focus on what actually supports your strength, confidence, and wellbeing.
We help women of all ages and abilities build autonomy with their fitness, and rediscover the joy in movement without pressure, guilt, or the need to shrink themselves.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Individualised strength training delivered in a small group setting, with a maximum of six people per session, ensuring you’re never just another face in the room. Sessions follow a structured, progressive programme designed to challenge and excite you, with every workout guided by a coach who knows you, cares about your progress, and adapts training to meet you where you’re at. While everyone is on their own journey, you train in a supportive environment where encouragement replaces comparison.
ONE-TO-ONE LIFESTYLE SUPPORT
Alongside your training, you’ll have regular check-ins with your coach for honest, compassionate conversations about nutrition, recovery, and mindset. Together, we focus on improving your relationship with food, supporting a healthy body image, and building sustainable habits. The aim isn’t dependence, but confidence, giving you the skills and understanding to take ownership of your goals, make long-term progress and achieve results that last.
COMMUNITY EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
Uplifted is more than a place to train. From educational workshops and team training sessions to group hikes, book club, and movie nights, we create regular opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together beyond the gym floor. Some events focus on fitness, others on friendship and fun, because building belonging and confidence is just as important to health as building strength.
