What is small group personal training?
Small group personal training sits between one-to-one coaching and traditional group classes. It isn’t a bootcamp or a circuit class. Our facility has been intentionally designed around the small group model, with 2 members sharing their own fully equipped station. With multiple racks, bars, cables, and cardio equipment available, sessions run smoothly without waiting around or compromising your training.
Each training day follows a structured full-body strength programme built around key movement patterns. This acts as the foundation for the session, but exercises are always adapted to each person individually. Your coach will tailor movements, loads, and variations based on your experience, goals, and what you need from that session. The result is training that’s structured, but never one-size-fits-all.
You get the attention of personal training, alongside the encouragement and accountability of training with others.
